Beautiful space and location ready for renter.

Misleading Rent, No Privacy, Creepy Landlord

I am limited to 1,000 characters in this review which doesnt even begin to cover the amount I need. - RENT/PAYMENT -misleading rent advertised. $300 non refundable deposit is required ON TOP OF the $1200 rent. 25% of the rent that doesnt go toward the rent at all is not a deposit. - UNPROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION Rob continuously pointed out my age and gender, implied that I am an exotic dancer, texted me incessantly and inappropriately and called for no reason but just to chat. - NO PRIVACY. Not disclosed- you have to enter the familys home through the front door. There no lock on the internal door to the apartment, which is just the basement. - SURVEILLANCE Every time I entered or left the property, either Valerie or Rob would ask me where I had come from or was going. Rob once called to me from behind in the pitch black as I was leaving for work at 4:35AM. Stay away from this property and the creeps who live there!
