Safe, comfortable, and quiet-LOVED staying here!

I still miss living here! I am a busy travel nurse & was fortunate enough to come across this rental at the perfect time when I was coming from AZ to start a contract. It was only about a 20-30 minute commute down to Torrance so this was an ideal location & probably would be great for other professionals. It's a VERY convenient location/quiet neighborhood to stroll 10-15 minutes down to the beach for gorgeous sunsets/sunrises..coffee shops, pizza spots, best Thai massage place I've been to, a Trader Joe's. This area is tucked away, without all the chaos and city traffic of surrounding LA but gives easy access to major freeways/all of LA. Close to the airport/travel and with the sound proofing you don't hear a thing. Super green, tree-filled complex if you like nature and not looking out at parking lots. The landlord is friendly, accommodating and was swift to answer questions/concerns. Moving in and out was fast/straightforward...full deposit returned asap. Highly recommend renting here!
