Great Stay!

My wife and I needed a place to stay for a few months with our 2 kitties. Kelly was immediately responsive to our booking request and was available for communication throughout our stay. The house is very well taken care of, we had no issues even after over a foot of snow and sub zero temperatures. The neighborhood is very safe and you can access parks and the Olentangy bike trail is about a mile away. We also loved being in walking distance of a grocery store. If you want a maintained house and a landlord who cares, this is the place for you!

Cozy home in Worthington

Kelly's home was cozy & welcoming to us. The home is lovely and we enjoyed our time here. The backyard is lovely with a place to sit and enjoy being outdoors. Kelly stocked the home with everything we needed. She was responsive any time I had a question and was so a great landlord. Thank you for having us!

Nice home in quiet neighborhood

I was looking for a home in a nice area for my son to stay while interning at a company in Columbus. From the initial communication to the end of his stay and beyond, Kelly was very responsive and accommodating. On move-in day, she was there to meet us and give us a walk-thru. The house is well-maintained and was exactly as described/pictured. The backyard is beautiful and was a great spot for my son to enjoy the weather and hang out with friends. The neighborhood is quaint and peaceful with a farmers market nearby that he went to on the weekends. The house is just a short distance from downtown Columbus, German Village, OSU, Short North, and many places for food and entertainment. There was a plumbing issue while my son was there and Kelly addressed it promptly. If he needs to return to the area, he would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
