The home is approximately 240 square feet completely separate from the main house in the backyard. Theres a wraparound deck and off street uncovered parking. The home is brand new with first renters summer 2025. I live in the main home on the property with my Goldendoodle.

Everything you need...in the best location!!
I have stayed in many long-term rentals and this has by far been my favorite one! Melanie is an incredible host, checked in with me prior to make sure I would have all the appliances I need and continued make sure everything was up to par during my stay. Brand new appliances, porch that overlooks her beautiful garden and within walking distance to Coolidge Park, Market Street Bridge and all that Northshore has to offer. I wish I could have stayed longer!!
