Wonderful home away from home

I rented this property to get away from 3 months of Central NY winters and to be close to my children. It was cozy, updated and quaint. Had everything I needed as well as special touches in decor, bedding and kitchen utensils. Plus the landlord went above and beyond continuously especially when an unexpected storm dropped 18 inches of snow. He came to not only shovel the snow but cleaned off my vehicle and dropped ice melt everywhere for safety. I loved the little apartment so much, I am renting again next winter.

Great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this Furnished Finder property and would absolutely recommend it. It was a perfect little place with all of the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the spacious, peaceful yard tucked away in the trees — my service dog absolutely loved it, and it was such a nice bonus to have that outdoor space. The location was also ideal: close to shops, grocery stores, and everything you could need day-to-day, with an easy drive into Charlotte. It struck a great balance between convenience and quiet. Jason was an exceptional host — incredibly responsive and kind. Even months after I had moved out, when I accidentally sent a package to the old address, he immediately reached out and helped coordinate getting it forwarded to me. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out. Overall, a great stay with a caring host in a comfortable, well-located space. Highly recommend!

Quiet, great location!

My husband and I stayed here for two months while waiting for our new home to be built. We totally enjoyed our stay here, such a quiet, cozy little place. It may be small, but it has all the essentials you might need. We both so enjoyed the quiet of this place tucked in amongst the trees, yet we were close to everything; shopping, many restaurants, a greenway, a couple parks and just a short drive up the road to Cornelius & Davidson . Jason (our host) was very quick to fix a tiny problem that came up and was always available if we had any questions. We would most definitely recommend staying here.

Location

Location was perfect for me working in Huntersville , I did have to travel to Charlotte/southpark one day a week and if you leave early enough and come home late enough, the traffics not too bad. 35mins. Very nice & clean place with everything you need. Very safe & close to alot of shopping & restaurants. Excellent location! Neighbor is so sweet with her sweet little dog Very quiet & relaxing. Jason was very prompt with requests! Excellent stay, I would stay again if I get a chance to come back to the area! Thank you very much!

Wonderful stay at property

This was such a wonderful stay. I stayed 3 months and the area is great a lot of new stores near by and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was clean, the set up was well thought out for a great stay and had everything I needed to start me off. The owner was professional, nice, very accommodating and very easy to communicate with, he made the whole experience stress free. Not to add the price was perfect for the value of what you're getting staying here. I highly recommend staying here if you coming in the area.
