Tenant has full privacy and landlord is usually available for anything the tenant needs. Quiet hours are at 10:30 pm on weekdays. The laundry room is outside on the side of the house. On weekdays washer and dryer may be used anytime between 7:00 am and 2:30 pm or any time Saturday and Sunday. There is also a laundromat not too far if tenant prefers to wash elsewhere.
