I had a great experience staying at Derick's place! From day one, he was super welcoming and kind. The downstairs area gave me plenty of privacy with an amazing sliding glass door to the backyard, while shared spaces were always spotless. The brand new bed was a huge plus! As someone who's lived in many different setups, this has been my absolute favorite. Despite his busy schedule, Derick was always friendly and helpful. His active lifestyle and positive energy created a comfortable home environment. His respectfulness, cleanliness, and warm personality make him an outstanding host. If you're considering staying with Derick, you'll be in great hands! 10/10 would recommend!
