Ballard Favorite

I am a travel RN and I stayed here for 11 months. I have nothing but positive things to say, if work didn't take me to another state I would have continued to stay longer! Communication with the landlords is great. Location & area is 10/10-so much is walkable in the area and I feel so safe. Since I travel alone without friends or family, feeling safe in the area is huge. Never once did I feel uncomfortable walking around. I loved the place, it was the perfect size and I travel with a lot! My snowboard, paddle board, and so much more. I would recommend this place to everyone! I left the city for a few months and came back for another job/contract. Even reached out to Dan and Bobbi to see if the place was open again because that is how great of an experience I had!

Cozy 1 Bedroom Lower Unit in Ballard

I only intended to stay here for about 3 months but kept extending my stay because it was such a great place! The apartment has everything you need and ample space for a 1 bedroom. Dan was always super responsive if there was anything I needed. The location is great, it's about a 10-15 min walk to downtown Ballard. It's also very easy to get to the bus stops on 15th and 24th. If I come back to Seattle, I would definitely consider staying here again. I'd highly recommend this place!
