Clean, lots of light, close to UIHC

I needed a place to stay in a rush, was referred by a coworker who had a good experience in another property by this owner. No credit check is run ( contract is used to determine eligibility), apt has 3 TVs, fast WiFi, CLEAN carpets, beds, curtains, and mattresses. Everytime I thought I needed something, it turned out was already stocked! The neighbors in the building are VERY nice. Safe neighborhood, felt very comfortable walking g my dog before and after work in the dark. Lots of off street parking. Any issue was taken care of almost IMMEDIATELY!! For example, the fluorescent light in laundry area was out. Also had a sink stopper that got stuck. Both were fixed within 48h. The only cons are that you dont have garage parking, and the water is very hard in Coralville ( seemed to leave a film on everything:(. I used bottled water to drink and for coffee. I really did not appreciate how clean, responsive and low stress this stay was until I got to the next place. Things I took for granted ( like clean carpets and well maintained window treatments and blinds), not an issue at Coralville apt. I highly recommend this property due to location, amenities, neighborhood, and responsive landlord.! You will not be disappointed!
