Small apartment downtown North Platte

This was a great place to stay. It looked exactly like the pictures, and Charles was very prompt and professional with his responses. Would definitely recommend.

Do Not Rent

Interested in this property due to the pictures that were presented, also the description said lots of natural light. Charlie was very responsive and easy to work with, I sent the deposit and went to go take some things there, no contract had been signed at this point but he said we could sign the day I moved in. This place looked nothing like the picture, no windows to the outside so not sure where the natural light was from, very dirty hallways, dark and dingy room. I said absolutely not, I couldnt stay there. He told me it was small, and again looking at the pics on this site, it looked doable, but again it looked nothing like the pictures. I showed the lady that was helping me the pic on the site and she said oh, no thats an old unit, we dont have it. I sent Charlie a message telling him why this would not be for me, again very responsive.until I asked for deposit back. I was ghosted from there on out. Still had never returned any messages. So just beware that the rooms look nothing like what they show on this site, and who knows when Charlie will decide to ghost you too.
