Sylvan Heights is an established neighborhood near Vanderbilt University and only 3 miles from all of the downtown Nashville attractions. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood near highway and interstate access, and near the quaint neighborhood bars (Neighbors!), restaurants (Cafe Nonna!), and culture (Noah Liff Opera center, Nashville Ballet). This is a close knit, family friendly, communal neighborhood and we love it.

Fantastic home with Incredible Owners!
I can’t say enough about this home or Abigail. My wife and I deeply miss this house and Nashville. This house has everything you could want or need. Very well decorated house. The beds are super comfy! Perfect place if you have a dog! Our dog loved the big fenced-in backyard and fenced-in front yard. The location is perfect. A $10 uber ride will get you downtown in about 10 minutes. Vanderbilt University is about a 10 minute drive as well. Super quiet and safe neighborhood in the Sylvan Heights/Sylvan Park area of West Nashville. You can walk around safely at night. A lot of restaurants within 5-10 minutes! Abigail is very easy to work with. She’s super sweet and understanding. We wish we were still living in her house! Rent the Hilltop House and enjoy a stress free time in Nashville!

Sanctuary close to everything!
What a pleasure to stay in this lovely home! Nestled among trees with friendly neighbors and everything you could want or need! Close to medical centers, restaurants, parks, shopping and more! I just moved to Nashville and this was the perfect landing spot to navigate my new surroundings! I had my 2 dogs with me and they were welcomed and they loved the back yard as much as I did. The hosts were available if needed but felt the privacy of my own home during my stay. Perfect in every way!
