Apartment in Rapid City, South Dakota
Landlord Tenure: 1 year, 11 months
Beautiful apartment in historic home, updated with the charm left in place. This apartment is on the top floor of the house, so it's very quiet. Tall ceilings and lots of windows make it feel very spacious and bright. During the summer season, this apartment is an Airbnb for tourists and boasts a 4.97 rating. You will love it!
Charming 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a beautiful, restored 1880s historic home. Lots of historic charm left in place to enjoy. Nine foot ceilings, 5 & 6 foot high windows, original doors and trim and more. 1 mile or less to downtown Rapid City, restaurants, shopping, The Monument Civic Center, 11 mile paved bike path on the Rapid Creek, Hanson-Larson park with 20 miles of hiking / mountain biking trails, playgroun...
Older neighborhood with lots of bungalows and historic homes. Some homes fixed up, some not. Quiet working class area, walkable to downtown and 5-7 min from Monument Health Hospital. Close to biking and hiking trails.
Great Place, Great Hosts
I stayed here for 4 weeks for my clinical rotation at Monument and have nothing bad to say! The home is quiet, clean, updated, and close to just about everything you need. There were deer in the yard just about everyday - it's a beautiful little property. The hosts were very accommodating, very nice, and always quick to respond. I will definitely be staying here in the future if I need another long term rental; I highly recommend to anyone looking to book!
Accommodating Host
Cozy LL apartment for 1 person. It fit what I needed. Host allowed my dog. Walking distance to The Monument event center. Modern updates in this historic home.
Best place ever
Very nice place. I love the big TV Plenty of closet space. Close to the hospital, you can walk downtown from there. Only minutes from the best brewery in Rapid city. Lost Cabin. Never had any issues with anything. Landlord very responsive when needed. Thank you Nancy. Hopefully I will be back during the summer.
Cute place, but sewage backed up into the apartment on a Sunday afternoon. It flooded the outside landing into the foyer and filled the shower stall. At first she didnt want to get a plumber until I sent photos. The plumber said that the line was broken in several places from just outside the house all the way to the street and needed to be repaired. He said that it would happen again. Take your chances if it hasnt been repaired.
