We are a retired couple, married 46 yrs with 1 son living in Nashville with our daughter-in-law & our 2 grandchildren. We purchased our home in 2004 & we live upstairs in a 2 story house with the rental property on the ground floor with its own entrance. We are quiet & available only as needed.
