Stay Away!

Please stay away!!! Wish I could rate 0 stars. This landlord is not trustworthy. About 2 weeks after leaving the property in mid September 2024, she called me to tell me she spent the deposit on a vacation and has promised me the $2500 deposit will eventually get to me. Three months have passed that I have left the property and still haven't received my $2500 deposit. I only stayed here for 6 weeks and was not worth the hurdles I had to overcome while staying there. She will rent upstairs rooms through Airbnb and those people will park in your designated spot so you may have to park on the side of the street with lots of traffic. She will not return your calls in a timely manner if you're having issues as she is working out of state in NY" so you will not see her besides the day you decide to tour the place. Hoping all the hard working traveling medical professionals that use this app read this and avoid dealing with this landlord. Already filed a civil suit to attain my deposit!
