Studio

Studio is simple and has mostly everything you need. WiFi can be slow. Laundry is right outside. Parking is on the street. Street cleaning are Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8-10am. The major issue was about packages (never had issue before). If you order things to the house, account for delays especially if you will be out of town and make sure u are at the house to pick up your packages quickly. The landlord states that the ring camera alerting her is an inconvenience for her (that shouldnt be the renters problem. Im not staying for free). You cant order things when she is on a trip. I was told during Christmas period that I cant order things to the house when she left for a trip, although I was still at the house. Its an inconvenience, but you will need to get an Amazon locker. Maybe she is worried someone will target her home, but she had packages arrive when she wasnt home either I wish she told me about her hang ups regarding packages before I moved in
