**Title: Wonderful Stay & Great Host** We had a great experience staying here. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Excellent Long-Term Stay in a Safe & Comfortable Condo
I had a wonderful experience staying in this furnished condo in Rutherford for the past 6 months while being a full-time graduate student. The condo is very well furnished, clean, and comfortable with smart TVs in both living room and bedroom. I had everything I needed for a long-term stay. The neighborhood felt extremely safe and quiet, and I appreciated the private parking space in the resident-only lot, which made my daily commute stress free. The location is excellent, especially for any medical professionals or travel nurses, with easy access to many nearby hospitals and major highways. There are also plenty of restaurants, shops, and essentials nearby. Patricia is incredibly sweet, helpful, and easy to communicate with. She was always quick to respond to any questions, which truly made my entire experience smooth and stress-free.

The best option around NYC
This was the best place I could find around NYC area. Neighborhood is one of the most quiet, safe and green among north New Jersey. There is a 30 minutes bus to Port Authority, midtown NYC. Landlord Patricia was always helping us at any day and any hours whenever we had questions. House was clean and it had anything I needed. If I need a place to stay in future, this is the place I will check first.

Great stay!
I stayed at Patricia's place with my husband and 5 year old golden retriever while I was in the area for a travel nurse contract. We had such a lovely stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of grass and sidewalk to walk our dog and the area was very safe. It is a short distance from parks and grocery stores which made the location incredibly convenient. Not to mention, Patricia was an amazing host! She was accommodating and extremely responsive throughout the entire stay. If you're looking for a place to stay in NJ, I highly recommend Patricia's place!
