Great property in New Port Richey

Had a terrific stay at this property for 4 months. Furnishings were great and plenty of supplies for day-to-day living. Fenced yard for pets and parking not a problem. The location couldn't be better, short 5-10min stroll to the downtown area, quiet street, waterway can be seen from porch area, beaches aren't far away. Owner is above par with responsiveness. (The Internet company's router went out and he got a new one there in less than 24 hours. Was really thankful for that). I highly recommend a stay here if traveling to area for work or vacation. Five stars well deserved!

Fantastic Property and Owners!

We could not have been more pleased with the experience renting short term! The unit was clean and the owners were extremely responsive with requests for local info or whatever else we needed. Definitely 10 out of 10!!
