Sunlit Sonoma Retreat - Beautiful One-Bedroom Apartment with Garden Patio and All Amenities

Great place

I rented from Christine for almost 2 months. The place is quaint and cozy and while older, has everything you need. The neighbors are quiet and thoughtful.com. The neighborhood has a quiet "off the beaten path" feel to it, while still being within a few miles of shopping. Christine is very attentive and answers questions promptly. Her property manager is also very responsive. She went above and beyond when I had questions or needs. She even ibstalled an a/c unit because it was a little warm and replaced the washer and dryer when it was a little wonky. I would highly recommend her and this cute little cottage.

Great Landlord, Great Property

I stayed in Christines property for 4 months due to my job and it was great. The house is a little bit on the older side but still functions and has what you need. On top of that, Christine is an amazing landlord, extremely accommodating, friendly, and attentive to any questions or requests I had for her. She also has an amazing property manager that shares the same qualities. I highly recommend this property for staying in Sonoma County
