I can't explain how accommodating Mia was with the space. It has every luxury and utility you could ask for during a short-mid/term rental with the added bonus of homeowner to VOLUNTEER to spend time with your pup or just check in with your needs and expectations/experience. Mia asked me within the first week if a larger smart tv was needed and clearly would have provided had I requested. Best of all, she is so pet friendly and helpful without request, but on her own accord to befriend your furry companions and words can't explain how lovely the extra interaction for my pet was in a fluid moving situation while I was stressed out. I highly recommend Mia and would book with her again had I not settled down permanently. I do intend to see if Mia wants to meet up with my pup again soon since she was such a great host to me and my pup!

Fantastic Sublet - Clean, Spacious, and Convenient!

I had an amazing experience subletting this place! The unit was incredibly clean and spacious, making it feel like home right away. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, with easy access to freeways, which made commuting a breeze. Having on-site laundry and easy parking was a huge plus, adding to the overall convenience. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place. Would love to stay here again! Maria was extremely communicative and helpful and a pleasure to coordinate with.

Simply Amazing!

I lived with Mia from 8/3-10/31 and it was simply amazing! Mia goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The place looks exactly like the pictures and a few times I did walk from work (Kaiser). Shes always a phone call or text away and she truly as everything laid out for you. If Im ever in Woodland Hills again on assignment she will be the first person I call to see if her place is available.
