Welcome to our charming guest cottage. We have lived in our home for nearly 30 years. It is located in one of the most desirable, sun belt neighborhoods of Monterey. The cottage is located in the backyard of our property, nestled in our organic garden of native plants and flowers. We are a retired professional couple who live a quiet lifestyle.

This adorable studio may be small in square feet, but is well laid out so it is efficient and feels spacious. It has a high ceiling, lots of windows that open out to the garden, a dutch door for added light and air, and a Murphy bed to allow for floor space when put away.
