Comfortable Bedroom in Bowie, Maryland

1 star because of the location. The bottom line is that the landlord did not return my security deposit after the room was returned in better condition than I had received it. He has not returned text messages or phone calls. He is messy--food droppings all over the kitchen counters and floors (not to mention leaving chicken in the air fryer for over weeks!). He always told me that I was the perfect tenant and how he was so grateful to have me there, but when it came time to return my deposit--> silence. He's a mess--I wouldn't rent here if I were you.

Landlord

Great location for travel nurses. One star because of location. Landlord appear genuine but will not return your deposit and will not answer phone when you call about your deposit. Never late on my rent. My other co-worker Erika who rented the basement, her deposit was not returned either. Also, no response when she called him. Be aware that there will be multiple people all hours of the night coming in and out waking you up with loud talking and slamming doors. Food and gravy left all over kitchen counter. There is so much more I could get into such as things laying around for the public eye to see. Rent at your own risk.
