Ideal for travel nurses, close to most major hospitals! Clean, nicely decorated 3rd floor walk-up to condo (no elevator). Quiet, small neighborhood. Gated community w/ plenty of parking available. I often refer to it as my tree house as my condo is on the top floor & backside of the building, so it's quiet. I'm pretty laid-back and as local as they get, so the A/C is set at 76-78 and heat at 68. I don't like to be cold :-) ...
