Cute and Cozy

Very cute and cozy place to stay! Nova is very accommodating and clearly put a lot of thought into the little details to make the house a home. Both the private room upstairs and the shared spaces downstairs are very comfortable to rest and relax in. It helps that there's always a cat ready to lay on you! Neighborhood is also super cute and well connected to downtown (multiple bus options). Definitely recommend.

Spacious, Cozy, and Welcoming

What a wonderful stay with Nova and her three adorable cats! I was staying in Portland for the first time for a training, and I feel so lucky to have found this property for a safe, comfortable space to live in. Nova went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and she ensured that I had everything needed for cooking, cleaning, etc. The room and private bathroom were clean when I arrived, and there were already hangers, organizers, a lamp, and other helpful items that made settling in much easier. The neighborhood was quiet, and as a young woman, I felt very safe running/walking in the neighborhood early in the morning. The home is just a 10-15 min walk to bus routes, coffee shops, and beautiful Mt Tabor Park! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable room in a home with a kind, respectful host who is happy to help but also provide you with space to relax :)
