Great Place in LA

I love my stay here , so clean, quiet, and has everything you need! Great being a travel healthcare worker for a great price in a great area. The landlord is very nice and always there to help and make my stay as comfortable and smooth as possible.

Beautiful + peaceful home stay

What I thought would be a stopgap on my initial arrival to LA before finding my own place turned into almost five months in the perfect home away from home. Fredy, his wife, and the team have created a very safe, friendly, and peaceful environment. The house is beautiful, very spacious and in a wonderful location for getting around LA (even in spite of the traffic!) As a single female sharing with others, I have always felt safe and comfortable—and have even come away with friends from those who have come and gone. Fredy is always on hand to help with any concerns and is proactive in keeping things organized around the house. I would 110% recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in LA and am very thankful to have met Fredy and is wonderful team.

Private room with pet

The house feels like home. Even though the house is shared, I always felt I had my own space. Having a private bathroom is also a big win for me. You have everything you need for the kitchen, cleaning supplies, and laundry. The location was perfect for me, Kaiser was less than 10 min away. Theres also several grocery stores near by, museums and shopping centers. I traveled with my pet and he loved the house, the roomies and Fredy. Fredy has been a great host, easy to contact, and is always available for anything that comes up. I would definitely come back if I return to Cali. Highly recommend this place!

1 bd in Mid-City

Fredy and his wife are amazing. The location is very central and close to LACMA and many restaurants and gyms. The space itself is incredibly clean and well maintained. And having my own bathroom and in unit laundry was very convenient. Fredy is very responsive which I appreciated. I am very grateful I found this place, I highly recommend staying here.

Fredy and his wife were wonderful and very responsive. The property is in a great location. Less than 10 minute drive to Cedars Sinai. The property is 3 bed, 3 bath so everyone gets their own bathroom and privacy which was really nice. I enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in this area.

Private Room Review

Fredy and his wife were very responsive, honest, and reliable. They keep their property very clean. The shower had a great pressure and got hot very quickly which was nice. The kitchen and washer/dryer in unit was very convenient.

This property is in an excellent location in walking distance from a lot of great restaurants and stores. Fredy was quick to respond, a great communicator, and very accommodating! The house was clean and well equipped, and if any additional items were needed, Fredy was happy to assist. The particular room I stayed in was bright and well lit and very spacious. I would love to return in the future and I highly recommend booking this stay.
