Wonderful Temporary Home

This apartment was amazing!! Its very comfortable and spacious. The balcony was absolutely delightful in the spring and summer. The building also has great amenities and always felt safe. Nearby is a metro station, grocery stores, restaurants, fitness places, and so much more. Simone was a very kind and responsive landlord. All maintenance issues were promptly addressed and fixed. I will miss this place and highly recommend it to others!

Great Stay in NoMa

Simone's place is a gem! The apartment is spacious, extremely well-kept, and lets in a lot of light. With the building amenities, including a concierge and a pool, the central location, and great communication and follow-through with Simone, booking this stay is a no-brainer.

Lovely place in NoMa

My stay at Simones place was excellent. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very spacious. It is also centrally located in Washington DC with easy accessibility to shops, cafes, groceries, and metro. Simone was very responsive throughout the duration of my stay.

The pictures dont do it justice! Lovely apartment with everything I needed during my stay. The apartment was clean and is well-maintained and also super quiet. The building has a doorman, a rooftop pool and other amenities as well so I felt safe as a woman traveling alone. The neighbors seemed friendly and the location is super central in DC

Luxury Apartment in a Prime Location

Loved staying at Simone's place in NoMa. The apartment was comfortable and gave you a luxurious experience in the heart of DC. I also enjoyed using the amenities like the pool and gym. The NoMa metro is only 5 minutes walking and Union Market is right around the corner. I highly recommend this stay!
