My home is located in Arrowhead Ranch Phase II, an HOA non-gated neighborhood with easy access to the 101 freeway. This is a centralized and very safe location. The neighborhood is filled mostly with families and/or older/retired couples. In the eight years I have lived here, I have never had a safety concern nor have ever dealt with difficult neighbors, noise issues, etc.
