Lovely Apartment

Myra and Reese were amazing hosts and their garden apartment was so sweet. It has everything you need and it’s incredibly warm and inviting! It feels very updated and well maintained. The location is nice and easily accessible to everything! Couldn’t recommend more!

Excellent Stay!

Myra and Reese are such excellent hosts-- such a pleasant demeanor. I can't recommend this place enough. It is so spacious for just one person and has everything you may need for a short-term or long-term stay. You won't find a place this size for this price in the bay. I wish I could've stayed longer because I would have stayed for a full-year lease. I loved the private patio in the front and the in-washer and dryer was convenient. The location is perfect-- very close to either MacArthur or Ashby BART stations or a bus stop is right across the street. Street parking was not a problem. Very close to great food either in Berkeley, Temescal, or Emeryville. Grocery stores are not that far either!
