A Comfortable and Welcoming Home in West LA
Having spent more than six months renting a room in Kat's home, I can confidently say that it has been a very pleasant experience. The house is peaceful, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The location is especially convenient, with Sawtelle's restaurants and shops nearby, along with easy access to the Big Blue Bus, Metro, and everyday essentials. Kat is highly professional, considerate, and an excellent communicator. She is always helpful when needed and creates a welcoming atmosphere while respecting personal space and privacy. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-connected home in West LA.

Highly Recommend this Home Away from Home
Renting a room in Kat's home this past year has been a wonderful and fun experience! Her home is comfortable, peaceful, and has great amenities (washer and dryer, kitchen and fridge space, reliable internet, and street parking). The location is amazing! It is walking distance from Sawtelle and the Big Blue Bus stop, and is a 15-minute drive from UCLA. One of the best parts of living here has been Kat herself! She is kind, communicative, and makes the house feel truly welcoming! I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in West LA! <3

Amazing Stay
It is a very beautiful home and has an amazing, welcoming atmosphere. Kat is a super kind host and just a great person to live with all around. You get your own space, and the house is pretty quiet all around, which can be nice. I had a shorter two month stay, but I felt at home with perfect hospitality. I highly recommend this room!

Amazing Stay
I stayed at Kat's property for a little over a month and couldn't be happier with my experience! Kat is a wonderful host and the room provided me everything I needed. The house is modern and well decorated. The neighborhood is also amazing and in a great location with so much to explore around. 10/10
