I stayed at this charming casita for 3 months and it was such an amazing stay! It is exactly as pictured & comes equipped with pretty much any/everything you could think of. The host Allen is so helpful and quick to remedy any issues that may arise. And the location itself is perfect, you're centrally located so there is much to see and do!

The perfect rental!

I was very lucky to have been able to stay here as a travel nurse and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area! The neighborhood is both safe and peaceful, and the house is beautifully kept and has everything you could need and more. The hosts were wonderful to work with and are always willing to help should you need anything at all. I had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

Beautiful Casita

Thank you Allen for hosting us in your beautiful casita! The casita is newly renovated and has everything you need, nice little kitchen, outdoor bbq, laundry with aircon! Allen takes pride of this casita, it is clean and nicely decorated. He met us upon arrival and explained to us how the appliances, bbq grill works etc. He is responsive and helpful if you need him. We enjoyed our stay with him and definitely we will return when we are back in LA.

Amazing casita & hosts

This adorable casita is top notch! Everything has its place in this elegant, spacious, conveniently located unit - especially the open closet accessible from the bedroom. Having a washer/dryer hidden away is a huge plus, especially for out of town visitors who pack light. Temperature controls are customizable by room, and the outdoor space was such a pleasure to enjoy. The space is quiet and peaceful - perfect for any getaway. With the friendly host residing nearby, I had no worries about needing help with details at any time. Ill be back!

Just what I needed

This space is perfect. It's clean, modern and quiet. Finding the unit and accessing it was super simple for me to figure out. The landlords are close by and easy to contact should have any questions and the space provides a lot of privacy. I will be back!

Charming Casita

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the host, who provided a thorough walkthrough of the entire unit and demonstrated how to use the remote, washer/dryer, and other excellent amenities. Although I did not require further assistance, it was reassuring to know that the host resides next door should I need anything. The unit was exceptionally clean, with great finishing touches and a beautiful bathroom. There was ample space to store my belongings. The property is situated behind the main unit and is easily accessible to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes. It is located in a charming area with plenty of natural light and an open-door patio where I enjoyed my morning coffee and reading. Despite being near a main road, the area was very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this property!

Clean, modern, bright sanctuary in the city

Exceptional find with a friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive host who is available onsite in the adjacent home. The place is well-equipped, extremely clean, and well-located in close distance to everything you could need. I enjoyed the amount of natural light and the nice patio where I read and practiced yoga every morning. Also, its worth noting that though this unit is right off La Brea, it is very quiet. I heard no noises from the road, even with the windows open. Instead, I heard birds chirping. There is also a very, very large walk in closet that I used to store things in the midst of a move. For anyone staying longer term, this could be very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
