The entire space is simple and modern. The bathroom is huge with a tile surround shower with tub. The bedroom is spacious with a large closet and smart tv' to entertain or cozy up for a show before bed. The entire setup is clean and simple to make transitioning easy. Two large windows allowing tons of light.

Quiet neighborhood close to everything. Just a few minutes for all 3 hospitals, 5 mins from UWF, all the shopping you could want, and 15 mins from the beach! 5mins to the interstate, can't get much more centrally located than this.

Nice and quiet place to stay
I stayed here for a month while looking for a place to live. It's convenient, quiet, and very nice place to stay, as well as affordable. The current person living there is a very respectful and pleasant roommate. Dave, the landlord was very responsive and very accommodating.

Awesome Landlord
Dave is very understanding landlord. Very easy to communicate with. I originally had planned for month to month leasing. Upon of signing the lease, my contract was over within 3 days. Dave was very understanding and no issue ending the lease. If I have another contract in Pensacola. I would not hesitate to renting from any of Dave's properties.
