Fantastic Home

This was my perfect home while I got settled into a new city. Plenty of room, well maintained and large back yard to relax and enjoy the Denver weather. Comfortable space through all the season's weather. Kathy and Rod were excellent landlords. Very responsive and quick to help with anything around the house I needed. Would recommend renting from them at any of their properties.

Everything I needed! Highly Recommend

Kathy and Rod are great, responsive, and helpful landlords. Very transparent and quickly got back to me when I had questions or requests. This property was everything I needed as a night shift RN working at Denver Health. Big kitchen, big bed, enough storage space for my clothes and ski gear. Place was clean when I got there and everything worked as needed. I worked overnights and never had problems with noise from the upstairs neighbor (another renter). Celing wasn't "too thin" that I heard every step. The neighborhood is safe and near restaurants, but most importantly, easy access to the mountains! There are two entrances to the property: through the garage door and through the backyard. I have many great things to say about the property. If you're on the fence, book this one!

Perfect little space

Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with parks, groceries, and restaurants all close by. The owners are super nice and helpful. Property is well maintained with a great outdoor area and grill! Plenty of cooking and living space that was very comfortable.
