Quiet neighborhood. This is a great neighborhood to explore and find some of the most charming homes and stealth neighborhoods in Bend. There are two parks within a couple of blocks, Hillside park has a children's playground, and there is an off-leash park in the neighborhood as well.

My husband and I needed a 6 month temporary home while we waited for our new home to be completed. This cozy, clean and conveniently located apartment located at the juncture between the West Hills and Aubrey Butte neighborhoods was just what we had hoped for. Lovely walk to historic downtown or through the scenic grounds of Central Oregon Community College. So close to all that Bend has to offer. The apartment has two bedrooms, a small office and a combo kitchen-living area. Fully furnished and comfortable. Bonus is the deer who stroll by daily to peer in the windows. Gets tons of natural light throughout the day. You won't find a better apartment for this price in this location. Act quickly to secure your stay.
