I lived here this summer in Charleston for work, and it was the best!!! Mrs. Cathy was the sweetest, and you will have everything you need for the property! As a young 19 year old moving from home for the summer, she was the perfect host. The property is very close to downtown, and many convenient places in Charleston. I Highly recommend this for everyone!

Best Kept Secret on James Island

PART I Moved into the property in 2007 for what was intended to be a short-term stay, I stayed for almost 18yrs. Quit, comfortable oasis. You're less than a mile from Charleston County Park, 14 min from Folly Beach, 10min from downtown Charleston and 15 from Mt. Pleasant. At this price, you won't find a better host, a better location, or a more well-rounded property. I have almost 18yrs experience staying at this property and I miss it every day! 2007 to 2024

Best Kept Secret on James Island!

PART II (1000 characters weren't enough to properly review - had to create a 2nd acct to finish!) I would recommend this property to everyone and anyone...you will enjoy your stay and you will love Cathy! This property should be at the very top of your list of SC host locations. Take it from me, I ended up staying 17 years! I miss the property I called home for 17yrs, I miss great conversations with Cathy (the host), and I miss the perfect Charleston, SC location! Get in line for this property!

Charming and comfortable

I have lived here since August. Cathy has been an incredible host! The apartment is comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom is incredible! I have thoroughly enjoyed my time staying here! It's quiet, peaceful and in a great location
