Amazing Stay!!!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Ms. Tammy's place from June to July while I was in Houston for work. I would honestly rate my experience a 10/10! From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable, welcomed, and right at home. The place was very clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. After working, it was nice to come back to a space where I could truly relax and feel comfortable. The location was also a huge plus. The area made it easy and quick to get around Houston, which was very convenient for getting to work and exploring different parts of the city. She made sure I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay, and her kindness really made the experience special. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while working in Houston. I would definitely recommend Ms. Tammy's place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, convenient, and welcoming stay.

Wonderful property

We had a fantastic time staying here. The location was incredibly convenient to all of Houston attractions, and the property had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Tammy was a wonderful host who ensured everything went smoothly. This was one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the house was beautiful, tidy and full of thoughtful touches. Tammy provided excellent check-in instructions. Thank you for a great stay. See you when we visit again.

Deplorable

I would like to give this property 0 stars but that isn't possible so I'm left with the only option of 1 star. Everything about this experience has been bad and has left me truly traumatized.. Tammy at first was accommodating but upon arrival to the house things started to go left . First after saying she didn't see my message of my arrival time she said her son would be able to open the property for me he came didn't walk through it and left me with the keys . I could have over looked the lack of communication if I wasn't Met with unlivable conditions after my long day of travel. I was truly shocked when I walked through the door. The home had exposed electrical wires,etc unfinished flooring,soiled walls and trash filled pantries. After the walk through I knew I couldn't possibly stay here. Even though this was extremely distressing to me I still was gracious with the host and attempted to fix this between me and her but I was met with resistance and no solution

Good property, good landlord

I was forced to find this place in a rush because my house was destroyed during the storm. Tammy was very responsive and accommodating, checked on us regularly to make sure we were okay, and if there were any problems she was quick to address them. She really cares about her property and her tenants. Do yourself a favor and rent from her if you want to stress free experience.

Nice stay

The bed and bathroom were nice ckean quality house. I'm talking a soft supportive mattress clean crisp sheets, easy access to medical center where I work.
