The house is on a quiet, walkable street, in a friendly West Asheville neighborhood. There is a pleasant backyard patio that is also quiet and surrounded by greenery. Both front and back doors have a small covered area and wood screen doors for cross ventilation if you enjoy fresh air and extra light.

Charming and well kept home with hardwood floors, granite countertops, good natural light, vintage furnishings and all the basics for a comfortable stay. House and yard are pet friendly but we ask kindly that dogs be trained to stay off of all couches and beds, thank you. Also, utilities are included in monthly rental price up to $200/month.
