Hidden Gem in Redding
Richard, the landlord, was very accommodating and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. I was a healthcare worker doing 312 graveyard shifts, and this place finally gave me the restful sleep I needed. I had been looking for somewhere quiet enough to sleep during the day, and Im so glad I found this hidden gem. It has its own washer and dryer, reliable Wi-Fi, bathroom, parking, and a mini kitchenette. The local facilities and stores are only a 5-8 minute drive away. The neighbors were friendly, and the area is part of a neighborhood watch. I even had an amazing neighbor next door. If youre considering staying in the area, definitely hit Richard up as he's very responsive and easy to communicate with. And if Im ever in the area again and need a place to stay for a month or so, I will absolutely come back 100% :).
