Avoid this rental

I had a very negative experience with this property. The landlord would consistently leave the common areas unclean, with the his dogs frequently urinating on the carpet. He often stayed up late on work nights drinking, arguing loudly on the phone with his girlfriend, and disturbing the peace. One late night the dogs were left outside on the patio, barking, while he was out, which was both disruptive and concerning. Despite multiple respectful requests to be more mindfulespecially at nighthe refused to take responsibility or change his behavior. I do not recommend this rental to any traveling professionals looking for a clean, quiet, or respectful living situation.

Nice People

Facilities in the apartment were nice, I enjoyed using the sauna and sitting by the pool. The roommates were very nice, I liked them and had a great time with them! Both were really fun people. However, I did have to break my lease and leave after just one month into my three month stay because parking was frustratingly difficult (not enough spaces) and the common spaces inside the apartment were not respected; cluttered, messy, host did not pick up after himself. Ultimately I learned that I just require my own space to live in, as I do work long hours as a night nurse and like to come home to a peaceful space. Other than that, stay was okay.
