Great Place To Stay!!

The home is very well maintained, as it serves as the owners primary home half the year. The location is ideal for experiencing all that downtown St Petersburg has to offer. Restaurants, groceries,dry cleaner, Pilates, shopping, Ray's baseball at Tropicana Field, and nightlife, all a short walk from your front door. The rooftop offers access to a mini fridge, wine cooler, gas grill (permanent line, no tank replacement). Oh!! And a 4 person hot tub with privacy curtain. Even during "Storm Season", good news, no flood, no evacuation zone; so you not be required to relocate in the event of a storm. Owners are very responsive should any situation arise. Great find in dowtown St. Pete!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The Owners were very accommodating and communicative. The location is great, and is easy walking distance to everything down town. We were 3 adults, and the space was very comfortable for us. Clean, modern, and great location! Would highly recommend. Thank you!
