Great stay

I enjoyed my stay here - it was just what I was looking for, in a great area in Orlando. I stayed here for 3 months when I first moved to Orlando while I settled in. The location was super convenient and in a great area. Frank was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I moved in and out smoothly without a hitch. Would recommend and would stay again!

Great stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here! It is a very quiet street and the private backyard was nice for enjoying the sunshine. The entire team was quick to respond to some minor concerns and they were happy to accommodate me for an additional nights stay when my departure plans changed.

Lovely studio in Winter Park

Absolutely loved my stay here so much I will be hoping this is available on my next rotation to Orlando and Winter park! The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The street has many very large and beautiful homes! There was plenty of things to get to walking distance wise (Publix supermarket and restaurants). The location was less than 10 minutes to park avenue and about 8 min to the hospital for work.
