Couldn't ask for more

What a wonderful experience. I stayed here for just under 11 months and have only positive things to say about the property, neighborhood, and Olive as a landlord. The home is fully furnished with everything you’d need and more, thoughtfully decorated, and filled with natural light, making it feel like a true home. Olive was always quick to respond, friendly, and helpful whenever anything came up. Off-street parking is a huge plus, with plenty of street parking for guests. The neighborhood feels very safe, with great spots for walks or runs near James Street. A soccer field, basketball courts, and community garden are all nearby. Wegmans is only a minute away, and BJ’s and Trader Joe’s are under 10 minutes. The basement includes a private washer/dryer, treadmill, and extra gym equipment, plus a backyard perfect for relaxing in nice weather. I highly recommend this 2bd/1bth to anyone wanting to feel at home right away.

Olive's place

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in Olive's place for a couple of months for travel work. It's a very nice unit with everything you may need. The bed I found was very comfortable. She also has a washer and dryer in the house, which is very convenient. The neighborhood is safe and there is off street parking which is very nice. Olive is a very kind host and I would stay in her place again.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The home is situated in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Inside, the space is beautifully furnished and incredibly decorated. Just about every houseware item that you could need was provided and of great quality. The many windows throughout the home provide an abundance of natural light, and when paired with the dedicated office space, makes for a perfect environment to work from home.The renter was an absolute pleasure to work withprofessional, communicative, and incredibly kind. The entire process smooth and stress-free. I couldnt recommend this property more highly. Its a perfect blend of comfort, style, and functionality, and I would gladly stay here again.

Best in Syracuse

I have been in Syracuse several times on assignment. This is the best affordable place Ive stayed in. This place feels like home. It is conveniently located. 15 mins or less from everything. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The landlord, Olive, is very kind, generous, and communicates well. *** If you work at upstate, Erie BLVD parking is 5 mins away. I highly recommend this home.

Amazing Stay

This property is amazing. The location is safe and convent with loads of shopping all within 15 min drive. The house is very clean, and comes with everything you need from furniture, to cooking supplies, a keurig, and an awesome smart tv. The best part is the landlord, she is super nice, very respectful and clearly cares about her property. She is constantly making updates to the house, painting, and making sure my wife and I comfortable. If my wife's contract were longer, we would definitely continue to stay here. You are in good hands staying at this property!
