Duplex Apartment - quiet neighbor

Great place!

The apartment: The apartment was perfect. I had everything I needed and everything worked great. It was very comfortable and I loved it. I was very sad to leave it. The duplex neighbors were very sweet and quiet. 10/10 The landlords: Truly amazing people who went out of their way for me multiple times. They are very kind, organized and accommodating. We had 0 issues. 10/10 The neighborhood: This is a great neighborhood. Lots of people walking dogs and a few runners. I did hear some gun shots from a few streets north which is the beginning of a rough area, but that was the worst of it. I worked evening shift and got home every night around 11 pm and no one ever bothered me and I very rarely even saw anyone out that late. The landlords even put up a big light outside before I moved in so I would feel extra safe at night and I did. 8/10
