Be Very Careful

Be aware that you will be charged not only what is listed on the add but also additional charges for using a credit card to pay. My 1-month stay cost me just under $1700. I informed them that I was leaving the country very soon and needed that deposit, I was told the lease states they had 2 months or until after the inspection was performed before they had to refund my deposit. I paid everything that was asked of me, and I really was disappointed at this response. When I spend $1700 with someone, I expect some cooperation when extenuating circumstances apply. It would not have been a problem for them to do the inspection at time of move out. The water had things in it that precluded me from drinking it. The air/heater sounded as though it was on its last leg. The shower had no place to put shampoo or soap, so it had to go on the floor, not ideal. While the place was not atrocious, I would not spend that amount of money to stay there again.
