1BDRM Quiet, Quaint, All-inclusive, Parking, Laundry, Central.

Not a good experience

Upon moving into this unit I found that it was not clean. The floors had glue all over them from carpet being taken off them, making your shoes/feet stick. There were mouse droppings in all of the kitchen drawers, and mixed in with the kitchen utensils I brought these concerns to Sean and received no reply. This unit requires renters insurance and also has a cap of 125$ on gas/electric. I would have not rented this location if I would have known about this utilities cap, however I was not provided a contract until 45 days into my stay. Sean had very poor communication, having to wait many days for a reply in some cases. There is also no snow removal or removal tools provided. I asked if he had a shovel when we received nearly 15 inches of snow, and he replied no and the laughed when I said that I don’t travel with one, further stating “that makes two of us.” Sean did the bare minimum and didn’t not provide any solutions to my inquiries or even a reply in some cases.
