About the landlord

We are an older, married, progressive, professional couple. We are quiet and friendly. We have a dachshund named Milo that is friendly, but old. We go to be early, so you likely won't hear us at all in the evening. One of us is a director at a local hospital and one works from home. An ideal renter would be a traveling professional on temporary assignment, not looking for vacation/party or event renters. Also, since the rental space is located in the basement of our home (separate entrance), the ideal tenant would work first shift, during the day.
