Great Experience! Highly recommend

I stayed at Simone's property for 5 months at the beginning of 2026 for a work assignment in AZ. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-furnished, making it the perfect place for myself. I was able to have an additional guest as needed with an available couch bed. The unit came stocked with essentials like detergent, dishwasher pods, cleaning supplies, pots, pans, and just about everything needed to make my stay comfortable. There were really nice amenities, including a shared: pool, grill, gym, and lounge area. Although I didn't end up using them much, it was nice knowing they were available. Simone was easy to reach, responsive, and great at communicating whenever I had questions especially when I requested several extensions for my stay. I would gladly stay at this property again if I have the opportunity in the future. Highly recommend!

The property was just what I needed during my time working in AZ. Pleasant accommodations and amenities. Simone was great and very communicative, responsive, and down to earth- No complaints!

Amazing short term stay

Simone is an amazing landlord!! The property itself is exactly what we were looking for during our 4 month stay. The apartment itself had everything we needed and more, parking was easy, and the amenities were a bonus! The pool was used almost everyday and is heated in the winter time. Simone was easily reachable at any time and was very accommodating. We extended our stay several times and continued our stay in another one of Simone's properties just 9 minutes up the road after our December contract ended. I highly recommend this property and Simone as a landlord!!
