Incredible stay, amazing landlords!

My friend and I are travel healthcare workers, this house was perfect! The neighborhood is great, safe, and friendly. Our landlords were very kind and prompt with all communication! Would absolutely stay here again if we're in the area!

This house was exactly what my friend and I needed for our travel contract! Our landlords were great and very responsive to anything we needed and would have any issue fixed within hours! Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

Amazing house, area, and landlords!

I only have great things to say about this house, the area, and Brandon and Sarah! The house is well-kept and clean with a comfortable bed, nice shower, and new appliances that are in great condition. We never had any issues, but Brandon was always available for any maintenance concerns. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would go for walks (as a solo female) around the neighborhood, to a nearby park, and Starbucks before my shifts! You could not ask for nicer and more accommodating landlords. I was able to easily extend my lease when I extended my contract at the hospital! The downstairs neighbor and surrounding neighbors were also kind and lovely. This was one of the best and easiest renting experience I’ve had and would highly recommend this house!

Great for Travel Nurses!

I stayed here for a year on a travel assignment and loved it! Sarah and Brandon are so incredibly kind and helpful. They always fixed any issue with the house quickly and made sure the house/yard was well-maintained. The interior of the house is cute, cozy, up to date, and clean. My favorite part was the adorable front porch which was a great place to sit and enjoy the fresh air. Neighborhood is very safe, nice, and quiet as well. Walking distance to NCMC so made my assignment even easier. They made the leasing and move in process effortless and easy. They were always willing to work with me and be flexible with moving/extending the lease. They were very respectful about my night shift hours. They are the sweetest neighbors/landlords and made me feel so at home! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this house to anyone but contract healthcare workers especially!
