Family oriented people only! Charles is a mostly quiet man until you're able to break his shell and then he can be your closest friend. The room is clean and the house is kept up after and quiet. You'll have access to his washer and dryer and you'll have your own bathroom. He is very flexible and accommodating to schedules you might have or different requests you'll need. I mentioned family dynamic earlier because occasionally his children are there and if that's not okay with you then this isn't the listing for you. Charles is a super genuine person who can be your friend and if you stay long enough you'll become family. I can't say enough great things about this man and this listing and if I'm ever in Philadelphia again I will be staying here!
