Nice property & great neighborhood

Stayed here on my 1st contract as a Travel RN. Overall, the house is lovely, the bed is comfortable. Neighbors are friendly. Had a few situations arise throughout the stay. Landlord did his best to rectify situations. Overall, I would recommend this property. 6-7 min away from Ascension St. Francis and downtown Wichita.

Perfect Stay by a Notable Castle

In 2 years of travel nursing, this is the nicest place ive found to stay on Furnished Finder. Rent is low and amenities are high. Comfy queen size bed, large closet and blackout curtains. Beautiful hardwood floors, sofas/couches galore, gigantic smart tv, huge open concept kitchen-dining room. A large sun room for yoga, meditation, etc. And the outside may be the best feature: large backyard with a deck, a fantastic porch with an overview of beautiful celebrated neighborhood, and a historic castle from the Gilded Age next door. Its across the street from jog trail along scenic river. And just 7 min from St. Francis Hospital downtown.

Exactly as described

Stayed for 3 months, Quiet neighborhood, owner is easy to get ahold of. Spacious room would definitely stay again if in the area.

Was in Wichita on Boeing contract. House is in beautiful old neighborhood, well taken care of, landlord was very easy to work with.
