Enjoyed my 1-month stay very much. Clean & comfortable + quiet & safe. Had just enough space for what I needed and has many modern touches like great lighting & plenty of outlets (inc. USB). Loved the mid-town location, and off street parking. Great communication from host. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved Our Stay! (3 Months)

We had the pleasure of staying at this casita for three months. It proved to be the perfect home base for a long-term visit. Cynthia was great to work with and the property was set up with everything you would need away from home. The location is excellent. The property is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood, directly across from a school, which contributes to a pleasant and secure atmosphere.

New and comfortable

I stayed here for 4 months and was very comfortable especially in the bed! The unit is new, well equipped and located close to both groceries, Trader Joes and Fryes and restaurants. There is an enclosed patio where my dog and I were able to enjoy the sunshine. I stayed alone and felt very safe here especially with the added feature of being able to lock the gate. I rode my bike a couple miles to get access to the biking loop and theres a fun neighborhood bar, The Shelter, a half mile away. I highly recommend this host and their property.
