This is a private community that has access to a saltwater tidal inlet. There is a smaller attached but separate one bedroom unit. Either I stay there or there may be another temporary renter living there. It is completely separate. There is a nice patio area and about a quarter acre of property surrounding the house. It is a quiet neighborhood with easy walking everywhere. It is close to the beach and a beautiful sunset view.
Space
The house is fully stocked and comfortable. It has a nice living room. A TV in the master bedroom and a big screen in the living space. All beds are memory foam with gel for temperature stabilization.

This is a quiet rural community that has Brickyard Creek access. Great sunset views with close proximity to the city and Beach.

Great and Cozy property with a helpful host!
This property is in a perfect location within short driving distance of downtown Beaufort, SC and the surrounding islands. The property is found in a nice and quiet neighborhood with great views within walking distance. Craig is an amazing host who is very accommodating and easy to communicate/work with. Whenever there was a question or concern he was always there to answer and assist quickly! Plus Craig is an actual local to the area and not some company who owns properties across the country, which is a huge plus when navigating a new part of the country. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone needing a multi-bedroom rental during your stay in the low country.
